Thanks. And about the blocks for users and IP addresses, here's the thing: IP's are pretty dynamic, meaning they can change. If you block an IP, for say, a year, it's likely the IP changes and the person can escape the block months in advance. So generally, you block IP's for less time than a registered user and you don't usually block them for more than three months. I'll make sure people who are using IP's don't cause too much damage, because in my next policy, there will be a limit of edits for IP's and after that limit, they can't edit anymore unless they create an account.
